1. Magnolia Lane Campground & RV Resort is a privately owned camping resort. We reserve the right to  select our clientele and refuse anyone. We are not a primary residence facility.

2. Magnolia Lane Campground & RV Resort is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents or injuries.

3. Each site fee is for a family of six (2 adults & 4 children). Extra persons, fees apply.

4. Pets are welcome at our campground on leashes. They are not allowed to be left unattended, and we ask that you clean up after your pet.

5. Quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM.

6. For your safety we do not allow fireworks, hoverboards, segways, and other like items and drones/remote controlled aircraft.

7. Golf carts are welcome. Drivers of golf carts must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Personal golf carts must have proof of insurance with $50,000 liability coverage.

8. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside any buildings, bathhouses, or cabins.

9. We do not allow pools of any size or slip n slides (or other water features with a constant flow of water)  on sites.

10. Campfires are permitted in grills or fire rings only. Do not leave campfires unattended. Be sure you put out campfires before leaving or retiring for the evening.

11. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your site only.

12. Please help keep our campground clean by not putting your trash out overnight. All trash must be placed in trash container at front of park. Any items left at your site may result in a charge.

13. The guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment and agrees that the campground and its owners, agents and employees are not
liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

14. We reserve the right to evict immediately, without refund, any person violating any of these rules. Anyone using profane language, becoming intoxicated or conducts themselves in such a
manner that would disturb or cause danger to others will also be evicted immediately.

15. I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.

16. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules.
